These terms apply when you use the websites and products of Elevetrai ("Elevetr", "we"), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh: Elevetr Jobs, Elevetr Talent and Elevetr Meet. By creating an account or using the products, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Company accounts: the company is responsible for the people it invites and what they do in the account.
Using the products
Don't:
- post false, misleading or discriminatory jobs, or misrepresent yourself in an application or interview;
- get help from another person or tool during an interview when the interview doesn't allow it;
- copy, scrape or resell the products or other users' data;
- send spam or unlawful content, or try to break or overload the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content you add
You keep ownership of the resumes, job posts, recordings and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the products, for example showing your application to the company you applied to.
AI features
Resume suggestions, interview scores, match scores and summaries are produced by AI and can be wrong. They support decisions; they don't make them. Companies are responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with employment law.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google, LinkedIn or Gmail, you allow us to use that connection as described when you connect it and in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Unless the plan says otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. We'll tell you before prices change for an active plan.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the products available and correct, but provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or hiring outcomes, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms or stay inactive for a long time, with notice where we can give it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders when the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions go to support@elevetrai.com.
