Last updated 9 October 2026

This policy explains how Elevetrai ("Elevetr", "we"), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our websites and products: Elevetr Jobs (jobs.elevetrai.com), Elevetr Talent (talent.elevetrai.com) and Elevetr Meet. Questions go to support@elevetrai.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password, or your name, email and profile picture if you sign in with Google or LinkedIn.
  • Career information you give us: resumes, work history, education, skills, job preferences, salary expectations and answers to application questions.
  • Interviews: when you take an AI interview or join a live interview, we record audio, video and the screen as the interview requires, and keep transcripts, scores and integrity signals (for example, leaving the interview window).
  • Company accounts: company name, team members' names, emails and roles, job posts, hiring pipelines, evaluations and messages to candidates.
  • Payments: plan, amount and transaction status. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers; we don't store them.
  • Usage data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and actions taken, collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To run the products: build resumes, match you to jobs, run interviews, and let companies review applications.
  • To create AI feedback, scores and summaries. AI output can be wrong, and hiring decisions are made by the employer.
  • To send emails you need: sign-in codes, application updates, interview invitations and reminders.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how the products are used and improve them.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Employers you apply to: when you apply to a job, the company that posted it sees your application, resume, interview results and recordings for that job.
  • Service providers who process data for us: cloud hosting and databases, file storage (Amazon Web Services, Cloudinary), AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Google), email delivery, payment providers (bKash, SSLCommerz) and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We don't sell personal data.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture and use them only to create and secure your account.

Elevetr Talent lets recruiters connect a Gmail account so that emails to candidates are sent from their own address. When you connect Gmail, we ask only for permission to send email (gmail.send). We use it only to send the emails you or your company's hiring automations send to candidates from Elevetr Talent. We don't read, store or delete messages in your mailbox, we don't use Gmail data for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in your profile or from your Google Account's security settings.

Elevetr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Companies decide how long applications to their jobs are kept. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law, such as payment records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and connection tokens such as Gmail access are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@elevetrai.com if you find a problem.

Your choices and rights

  • See, correct or download your data from your account, or ask us for a copy.
  • Delete your account, or ask us to delete specific data.
  • Withdraw an application, or opt out of non-essential emails.
  • Disconnect Google, LinkedIn or Gmail at any time.

Email support@elevetrai.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from younger children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell account holders by email or in the product when the change is significant.
